Help shape HostBy before it launches

HostBy is in its founding stage: we’re talking to anchors and event organisers to build the right marketplace. There are no live bookings or payments yet — but there are two real ways to take part.

Anchors, emcees & hosts

Founding membership will be ₹599/month and make your profile searchable to clients. Profile building and subscription open in a later phase — for now, register your interest so we can invite you first and shape the plan around real feedback.

· No payment is collected during the pilot.
· We never ask for identity documents at this stage.
· Pricing is indicative and may change with notice.

The founding pilot sign-up opens shortly. This page is where it will live — please check back soon.

Clients & organisers

Planning an event in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai? During the pilot we help match you with suitable anchors directly. Tell us the event type, date, city and language you need — no exact address, and no obligation.

· Discovery and enquiries are free for clients.
· Payment for the event is arranged directly with the anchor.
· Your contact details are used only to help with your event.

An anchor dropped out at short notice?

During the pilot we handle urgent replacement enquiries personally. Reaching out is not a guarantee of a replacement — it depends on which opted-in anchors are available for your category, city and date.

A public contact channel will be published here as the pilot opens. We’re keeping this page honest — no placeholder addresses or numbers until they’re real.
